Return & Refund Eligibility

Refund or replacement is offered only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product is defective or not working

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received is different from the description


Not eligible for refund:

  • Change of mind / dislike of product

  • Size / color preference issues (unless seller accepts it)

  • Products without proof of issue (photo/video)

  • Used products or missing original packaging


📝 Return Requirements

To process a return request, you must provide:
1️⃣ Order ID
2️⃣ Issue details
3️⃣ Clear unboxing video & product images
4️⃣ Return request must be placed within 7 days of delivery


💰 Refund Process

  • Refund will be processed after supplier approval and quality check

  • Refund is issued via original payment method

  • Processing time: 3 - 5 business days after approval


🚚 Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the item (based on stock availability), or

  • Store credit—valid on future orders

  • Multiple items in one order may arrive in separate packages

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet required conditions
